Description: The TMV mast adjustment is designed as a technically clean solution for mast tilting in Robbe's Linde H50 forklift. Tilting using a micro servo - as implemented in the original kit - has several disadvantages: Due to the design, the servo is operated continuously under load, so that it wears out relatively quickly. Current has to flow constantly to hold the position. Result: shorter battery life. Furthermore, with classic model construction transmitters, tilting cannot be operated sensibly using a joystick, since these i. i.e. R. are self-centering. The solution using a spindle drive avoids all of these problems: Only a small amount of electricity is required when the position of the mast has to be changed. The mechanism is self-locking, so the power consumption at standstill is negligible. The unit can be controlled using a normal joystick, in the middle position the mast remains in the current position. A limit switch automatically ensures that the motor is switched off when the trailer is tilted. The mast can also be adjusted manually using the 3-step button included in the scope of delivery. This is very useful when the transmitter is not at hand. The button can be placed inconspicuously in the driver's cab next to the charging/on/off switch.
