Construction material loading crane for TAMIYA vehicles

From now on we also offer a variant of our folding loading crane as a building material vehicle, which is attached to the rear of the vehicle frame with a frame extension. In contrast to the normal folding loading crane, the construction material variant of our folding loading crane is delivered with a 360° slewing cylinder* instead of the usual 270° slewing cylinder.
The construction material crane also stands on a pedestal with ladders and an elevation . The 1st arm of the building material crane is prepared for the assembly of a ladder and a control station and the pallet gripper included in the scope of delivery is flatter and is not attached with a joint, so that pallets can be gripped more precisely.

Supplied with the order no. 09420T include:

• Loading crane kit with 360° swivel cylinder and 270° rotary drive for grab
• Support, pallet gripper and all hydraulic components (without servos).
• Operating station (without driver dummy), ladders, railings, checker plates
• Vehicle frame extension, base plate, crane extension,
• Underride protection with 6-chamber rear light body (without LED circuit boards)
• (delivered as a kit unpainted)

Specifications:

• Crane swivel range: approx. 360 degrees
• Gripper swivel range: 270 degrees
• Lifting capacity: approx. 300 grams (payload on the fully extended arm)

Because the cylinder tubes of the 360° swivel cylinder are longer, the loading crane cannot be folded (anymore) but has to be folded up. placed on the loading area.

The slewing cylinder of the crane has a slewing range of approx. 360° (in this case, 360° does not mean that it can be rotated endlessly)
