CARSON rear axle with self-locking differential

Details Rear axle for TAMIYA model trucks in 1:14 scale.The axle is equipped with a self-locking differential and can be built either with or without throughput, both shafts and housing covers are included. With a traction loss, the differential locks automatically / automatically and generates 100% traction. A major advantage of this drive axle is that NO shifter servos, Bowden cables and linkages are required for the differential locks, which also benefits the clarity and the space available in the chassis. The axle components are housed in a highly load-bearing reinforced plastic axle housing. Furthermore, the rear axle can also be operated in conjunction with the standard TAMIYA 3-speed manual gearbox. The drive shaft set 6x4 (500907279) only has to be used with the 3-axle tractors.

* Note:
When the self-locking axles are installed in conjunction with the original TAMIYA® 3-speed gearbox, the direction of rotation (polarity) of the 540 motor must be changed.
